Connect with CHAPS at the Library
The Crawford County Mental Health Awareness Program (CHAPS) provides mental health and housing supports to promote resiliency, recovery, and connectivity. Visit them at the Library to learn more about the following free programs available in our community:
- Housing Solutions Program - services for homeless and near homeless individuals or families
- The Journey Center & Drop In Center
- Peer support for adults with Certified Peer Specialists - a mobile program supporting individuals over 18 years of age
- Pathfinders, a site-based psychiatric rehabilitation program supporting 14-17 year olds
- Peer support for youth and young adults with Certified Peer Specialists - a mobile program supporting 14-18 year-olds
- Youth Housing Programs, including Host Homes (temporary housing for young people)
- Education and support groups
