Community Coffee Hour
Coffee, community, and connection! Our weekly coffee hour offers a chance to sip, chat, and discover all the wonderful things our community has to offer. This week, we're chatting with Center for Family Services about their Community Health Workers program! This program can help individuals get assistance with obtaining IDs, birth certificates, Social Security Cards; applying for Medical Assistance and Social Security; connecting individuals to public transportation opportunities; and more!
